about 8 chicken cutlets (breaded)
In a saucepan melt 1/2 stick butter with 1/2 cup white wine and 1/2 cup chicken broth
Put chicken in a baking dish, and spread mushrooms over them (I used baby portabellos and also sliced some onions)
Pour wine mixture over this
Squeeze one lemon over this
Lay thick slices of munster cheese over this
Sprinkle parsley and cook for 1/2 hour at 350F
Serve with Rice pilaf
