1 can (16 oz.) baked beans in tomato sauce
2 TBS ketchup
1 TBS brown sugar
1 pkg (10 oz) Perdue Short cuts fresh honey roasted carved chicken breast
4 large potatoes, cooked & split
1/4 C shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
In medium saucepan, bring beans, ketchup and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Evenly top each split potato with chicken mixture with cheese.
