In a bowl add: 4 heads (2 bunches - 2 heads each bunch) chopped fairly small 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 jar Hormel bacon bits or to taste 1/2 cup chopped onion Dressing: 3/4 c. mayonnaise ( I use Hellman's Light) 1/4 cup sugar (I go light on the sugar - don't even use 1/4 cup) 2 tsp. white vinegar Pour over broccoli, mix and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight.
