Easy Peanut Butter Cups

4 ounces white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips
½ Cup smooth peanut butter
12 oz. semisweet or bitter sweet chocolate chopped or chocolate chips
2 Tbls. Chopped nuts
1. Line a 24 cup mini muffin pan. Melt white chocolate and the peanut butter in a microwave safe dish about 1-1 1/2 minutes until almost melted, stirring halfway through. Set aside and cool slightly.
2. Melt chocolate in another microwave safe bowl about 2-3 minutes, stirring once or twice.
3. Layer chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate into muffin cups. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put in freezer for about 15 minutes.
