This recipe comes courtesy of Pomp:
Ravioli Soup
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion (both chopped and sauted in oil)
2 Lbs. sweet Italian sausage – cut in pieces and browned
Add 2 - 48 oz. can of chicken broth
1 – 14.5 can diced tomatoes
1 bag fresh spinach trimmed of stems
Simmer about 20 minutes
Add 1 package fresh ravioli (near the porduce department)
Cook aboput 10 minutes
Serve YUM!!
